Returns and Shipping Info.
Our return policy is for store credit only. Orders that are shipped are only eligible for return if they are received by Oh Yeah Boutique within 14 days of the original ship date with the return form included. All returned merchandise must be received by Oh Yeah Boutique in its original condition, not having been worn or used with its original tags attached. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted. Shipping charges and return shipping fees are non refundable. The customer is responsible to pay the shipping and return fees. Oh Yeah Boutique is not responsible for returns lost in the mail. Once your return is received, your credit will be issued between 2-5 business days. You will receive your store credit code via email. Merchandise purchased on sale or with a discount is considered to be final sale and are not returnable.

If you received a defective item or you were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must contact Oh Yeah Boutique within 3 days upon receiving merchandise.
Most orders will be shipped the same business day if placed before 2pm, CST. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Oh Yeah Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit. If your item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, it is not Oh Yeah Boutique's responsibility to pay the additional shipping cost.
