Returns and Shipping Info.

RETURNS

Store Policy: All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. This will be issued via email and can be used online or in our store. You will receive a discount code to use online and a gift card for in store once we receive product back. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the SHIPMENT DATE. All Christmas items must be returned by January 11th. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and all tags must be attached. Sale items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.

Shipping charges and return shipping fees are non refundable. The customer is responsible to pay the shipping and return fees. Oh Yeah Boutique is not responsible for returns lost in the mail. Merchandise purchased on sale or with a discount is considered to be final sale and are not returnable.

To return your product please fill out the return form and include with merchandise.

Defective Items

If you received a defective item or you were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must contact Oh Yeah Boutique within 3 days upon receiving merchandise. 

Shipping Items

Most orders will be shipped the same business day if placed before 2pm, CST. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Oh Yeah Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit. If your item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, it is not Oh Yeah Boutique's responsibility to pay the additional shipping cost.
